摘要:测定樟子松木材中的苯醇抽提物含量,分析其与密度的相关性,测试不同苯醇抽提物含量的樟子松试材组坯胶合板材的胶合强度。结果表明:樟子松木材的苯醇抽提物含量与密度具有高度相关性,苯醇抽提物含量对胶合板材的剪切强度及木破率均有显著影响。建议生产中尽量避免苯醇抽提物含量高的板材相互组坯胶合。
The benzene-alcohol extractive content and density of Pinus sylvestris lumber were evaluated and their relationship was analyzed. Glulam specimens were made of Pinus sylvestris lumber with different extractives contents and then tested for bond strength. The results showed that benzene-alcohol extractive content had a good correlation with density and extractive content had a significant effect on shear strength and wood failure rate.
