摘要：海淀区是北京市城市湿地群的重要分布区域,是建设国际一流和谐宜居之都的关键地区。为提升北京市海淀区湿地质量和生态功能,加强海淀区湿地保护管理,以“生态优先、科学布局、突出重点、以人民为中心”为理念,提出“一带—两核—多点”的海淀区湿地保护布局,并对湿地恢复、湿地公园、小微湿地建设、湿地生物多样性保育小区、湿地科研监测能力提升以及湿地自然教育和科普能力提升6个方面进行规划,促进海淀区“生态优美之城、和谐宜居之城”的建设。
Haidian district of Beijing is an important area where resides urban wetland groups,and a key area for building a world-class harmonious and livable city.In order to improve the quality and ecological function of wetlands and strengthen the management and protection of wetlands,guided by the concept of ecological priority,scientific layout,highlighting key points,and people-centeredness,this paper proposed the"one belt-two cores-multiple points"wetland protection layout in Haidian district.Plannings were carried out in six aspects,including wetland restoration,wetland parks,construction of small wetlands,wetland biodiversity conservation unit,enhancement of wetland research,monitoring,and nature education and capabilities of dissemination of popular science.The achievements will contribute to the construction of"Ecologically Beautiful City,Harmonious and Livable City"in Haidian district.
