摘要:以橡胶籽油为原料,采用自制的S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2型固体酸催化剂制备环氧脂肪酸甲酯,产物环氧值可达4.55%,优于对甲苯磺酸和阳离子交换树脂催化剂。环氧化反应的较优工艺参数为:催化剂用量为3%,n(甲酯):n(CH_2OH):n(H_2O_2)=1:2.17:3.52,50℃滴加H_2O_2,2 h内滴完,继续60℃保温反应3 h。按相同配方制备对苯二甲酸二辛酯/PVC和环氧脂肪酸甲酯/PVC样品,比较两种增塑体系的热性能。DSC及TG测试表明,环氧脂肪酸甲酯可使样品的玻璃化转变温度降至4.49℃,降幅为对苯二甲酸二辛酯的近4倍,并具有较好的耐热稳定性。
The epoxidized fatty acid methyl based on robber seed oil has been prepared with the self-made solid acid catalyst.The epoxy value is 4.55% which is better than that obtained from p-toluene sulphonic and acidcation exchange resin. The optimum condition of epoxidation has been obtained as follows, catalyst amount of 3%, n(FAME) : n(formic acid) : n(H202)=1 : 2.17 : 3.52, dropping H202 at 50 ℃ in 2 h, then keep reaction for 3 h at 60 ℃. The samples of DOTP/PVC and epoxidized fatty acid methyl/PVC have been made according to the same formula. The thermal performances of samples are testing by DSC and TG. The analysis results show that the Tg of epoxidized fatty acid methyl/PVC has decreased to 4.49 ℃, which is almost 4 times lower than that obtained from DOTP/PVC. Furthermore, the sample of EFAME/PVC also has good thermal stability.
