摘要：松香合成增塑剂(RTP)于1991年7月在中国广东省始兴林产化工厂开始生产。该增塑剂由松香、二甘醇和醋酸合成制得。由RTP和PVC制得的塑料凉鞋符合国标GB3806-83。本文用薄层色谱(TLC)法分析了RTP,分离出四种成分,主成分含量达66.5％。由MS、UV、IR等分析确定主成分是树脂酸乙酸乙氧乙基酯,是未见文献报道的一种新的松香衍生物。
Since July 1991,the rosin diglycol plasticizer (RTP) has been produced at Shixing Chemical Plant of Forest Products,Guangdong,China. The RTP is synthesized from rosin,diglycol and acetic acid. The PVC sandals made from RTP can fully meet the requirement of GB 3806-83. In this paper,four different components in RTP are separated by TLC. The content of the main one is up to 66. 5% ,and its chemical structure has also been proven to be acetyl ethoxy ethyl abietate by MS,UV,IR etc. It is a new rosin derivative having not been seen in literatures.
