摘要：文章首先回顾了世界林业发展的历程和理念,以及人类社会对森林和林业认识的变迁。在此基础上,归纳了在全球化背景下世界林业发展新理念,包括绿色发展、全球森林治理、气候智能型林业、森林资源弹性管理、多元化森林经营、林业生物经济及民生林业等7个方面。最后,针对我国当前林业现状,提出了促进未来林业发展的5点政策建议。
In the paper, the development history and idea changes of world forestry were summarized firstly, then the evolution of understanding of forest and forestry was reviewed. Based on these, new ideas of world forestry development were summed up, including green development, global forest governance, climate-smart forestry, resilience management of forest resources, diversified management, forest-based bio-economy and forestry for people ＇ s livelihood. Considering the current situation of forestry in China, five policy suggestions were provided for promoting forestry development in future.
