摘要:介绍了麦草APMP制浆工艺,优化了过氧乙酸漂白的条件,研究了麦草原料的贮存时间对漂白的影响。研究结果表明:过氧乙酸最优使用条件为:用量在1.0%以内,时间120min,pH维持在5,漂白浆浓20%;与两段5.0%过氧化氢组合对麦草化学机械浆进行漂白,最高白度能够达到72.38%ISO;贮存时间越长原料中的木素老化现象就越严重,使得化学药品对木素的发色基团的进攻变得越来越困难,所以原料贮存时间越短对麦草APMP浆漂白越有利。
Alkali proxide mechanical pulping process of wheat straw was introduced, the peracetic acid bleaching conditions were optimized and effect of different storage-time wheat straw material on bleaching was studied.
