摘要:采用聚氨酯漆、丙烯酸水性漆和大漆研究了核桃楸、金丝楸、樟木、香椿和柚木涂饰前后漆膜色度学参数变化及涂饰性能,为珍贵木材深加工利用提供涂饰工艺参数依据。结果表明,聚氨酯漆和丙烯酸水性漆涂饰明度下降,色饱和度和总体色差均不同程度增加,大漆涂饰后明度下降最显著,总体色差值增幅明显,五种珍贵木材漆膜评价结果达到国家标准GB/T4893的一级或二级。
Painting chromaticity change and property assessment were studied for Juglans mandshurica maxim, Catalpa bungei C. A. Mey, Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl, Toona sinensis. A. Juss. and Tectona grandis L. F. using polyurethane varnish, acrylic lacquer and polymerized Chinese lacquer, The research purpose is provided coating parameter for further processing application of precious woods. The results show that lightness was decreased after coating by polyurethane varnish, acrylic lacquer, but color saturation and color difference increased in varying degrees. for polymerized Chinese lacquer, lightness also was decreased, but color difference increased significantly. Coating assessment result of five precious woods has reached the first or second level of Chinese National Standard GB/T4893.
