摘要:文章总结了在江门市林科所营建湿加松采穗圃及扦插育苗的技术方法。分析了立地条件、修剪措施、施肥、外源激素等因素对母株产穗量及扦插成活的影响。提出光照充足的立地条件,母株定植株行距40 cm×50 cm+母株截干高度10 cm+施用基肥和复合肥等措施可有效提高穗条产量,500~1 000 mg/L的ABT生根粉和吲哚丁酸均可有效提高扦插苗生根率。扦插苗木生长到20 cm且健壮无病虫害即可出圃造林。
The cutting technology and methods of pine hybrids was summarized. The effect of different forest site, pruning method, fertilization and extraneous hormone were studied in this paper as affecting on scion yield and survival rate. This paper puts forword that it could be promoted the quantity of plucking scion by an adequate sunlight site, density of 40 cm × 50 cm, truncation height of 10 cm, basic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. It also put forword that both 500 - 1 000 mg/L ABT and 500 - 1 000 mg/L IBA could promote rooting. The cutting stocks which were 20 cm height and healthy could be out of nursery.
