摘要：为明确光臀八齿小蠹(Ips nitidus Eggers)触角与口器感受器的类型、分布和数量,利用扫描电镜首次对光臀八齿小蠹雌雄成虫触角与口器结构和感受器进行观察,统计分析各类型感受器形态特征、位置分布及其数量,并对这些感受器在小蠹行为活动中的潜在功能进行探讨。结果表明:光臀八齿小蠹成虫两性间触角与口器形态相似,感受器类型和分布不存在性别二态性。触角由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,共有5类(9种亚型)感受器,分别为毛形感器(亚型1、2、3)、刺形感器(亚型1、2)、锥形感器(亚型1、2)、腔锥形感器和Bǒhm氏鬃毛。口器由上下唇和上下颚组成,共有5类(12种亚型)感受器,分别为毛形感器(亚型1、2、3)、刺形感器(亚型1、2、3)、锥形感器(亚型1、2)、末梢锥形感器(亚型1、2、3)和指形感器。
To clarify the types,distributions,and quantities of sensilla on the antennae and mouthparts of Ips nitidus Eggers,the structures and sensilla of the antennae and mouthparts of male and female adult I.nitidus were observed for the first time using scanning electron microscopy.The morphological characteristics,positional distributions,and quantities of each type of sensillum were statistically analyzed,and the potential functions of these sensilla in the behavioral activities of bark beetles were discussed.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the morphology of the antennae and mouthparts between the sexes of adult I.nitidus,and there was no sexual dimorphism in the types and distributions of sensilla.The antenna consisted of the scape,pedicel,and flagellum,and there were a total of 5 types(9 subtypes)of sensilla,namely trichoid sensilla(subtypes 1,2,3),chaetic sensilla(subtypes 1,2),basiconic sensilla(subtypes 1,2),coeloconic sensilla,and B hm’s bristles.The mouthparts were composed of the labrum,labium,mandibles,and maxillae,and there were a total of 5 types(12 subtypes)of sensilla,namely trichoid sensilla(subtypes 1,2,3),chaetic sensilla(subtypes 1,2,3),basiconic sensilla(subtypes 1,2),terminal basiconic sensilla(subtypes 1,2,3),and digitiform sensilla.
