摘要：介绍了新西兰国有林管理体制改革的背景、改革内容、林业企业发展中存在的问题与挑战以及对中国的启示,期望能够推动中国国有林管理体制改革,促进林业可持续发展。
China＇s forestry is in a critically transitional period, and is experiencing a historic shift from focusing on timber production to ecological improvement. The function of forestry administration and sector changed correspondingly. It is necessary to study reform of state-owned forest in typical countries in order to strengthen reform capability for Chinese per, the reform background of Zelanian state-owned forest, reform state-owned forest. In this pacontents, issue and challenge, implication to China are introduced and reviewed. The aim of this paper is to improve Chinese state -owned forest reform and forest sustainable development based on the typical countries＇ implications to China.
