摘要:香草醛是全球产量最大、应用最为广泛的香料之一。从香荚兰等植物中提取的天然香草醛不仅数量少而且成本较高,而利用木质素制备香草醛则原料价格低廉,而且可为木质素的高附加值利用提供一条有效的路径。目前,利用木质素制备香草醛的方法被广泛地研究并应用于工业化生产。文章综述目前国内外利用木质素制备香草醛的工艺路线和研究进展,重点介绍利用硝基苯碱性氧化、Cu(Ⅱ)氧化和氧气催化氧化制备香草醛的机理及工艺路线,并对今后利用木质素制备香草醛的发展方向作了预测和展望。
Vanillin is one of the most widely used as a spice and its output is largest in the world.The extraction of vanillin from vanilla or other natural plants yields low with high production cost.However,the preparation of vanillin from lignin,which is widely researched and used in industrial production,has not only low price,but also opens up a effective way for applying lignin.The synthesis method and advance development of vanillin prepared from lignin were summarized at home and abroad so far.Especially,producing crafts and mechanism of alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation,Cu(Ⅱ) oxidation and oxygen catalytic oxidation was depicted.Developing trend of preparing vanillin with lignin was also anticipated.
