摘要:通过遮荫处理,研究不同透光率(100%、48.5%、22.4%)对茶花品种‘大海伦’幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:6—8月份,随着透光率的降低,茶花株高增长量呈上升趋势,但对地径的影响不大;而继续遮荫则会抑制茶花幼苗的生长。夏季高温时期(7月10日)透光率为48.5%时,茶花的净光合速率、气孔导度、细胞内CO2浓度最高;透光率为22.4%处理下严重影响气孔导度和细胞内CO2浓度,因此光合速率也明显下降;3种处理的蒸腾速率差异不显著。长期遮荫处理后,随着透光率的降低,‘大海伦’叶片含水量上升,比叶质量显著下降;叶片中叶绿素含量增加,叶片浓绿,但叶片中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量下降。因此,在夏季高温时期,透光率为48.5%的遮荫处理有利于茶花生长及光合作用。
The effects of light transmittca degrees ( 100%, 48.5%, 22.4% ) on the growth and physiological characteristics of Camellia japonica ' Helen Bower' were examined. The results indicated during the time from June to August, the plant height increased with the decrease in light transmittca degrees; but there was no significant difference in diameter. In high temperature stage in summer, the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular space and concentration of CO2 were the highest under 48.5% transmittca degree. Under 22.4% degree, the stomatal conductance and intercellular space and concentration of CO2 decreased; the transpiration rate had no significant difference in three treatments. With the decrease of light intensity, the plants treated by shading showed that the water content of leaf increased and special leaf weight decreased remarkably. The contents of chlorophyll increased and leaf color greener, but soluble protein content and soluble sugar content decreased with the decrease in light transmittca degree. Therefore, 48.5% light transmittca degree was advantageous to the growth and photosynthesis of C. japonica in high temperature stage in summer.
