摘要:探讨了纤维扫描电镜样品制备技术,并用扫描电镜观察了木浆纤维、回用纸浆纤维和微晶纤维素的内部结构变化。结果表明:新木浆打浆后,纤维内部结构保存良好,可保持纸浆纤维的柔韧性和强度;回用纸浆纤维打浆后,纤维内部结构受到损伤,其程度随打浆次数的增加而加剧,降低了纸浆纤维的柔韧性和强度;化学水解和机械粉碎可使微晶纤维素的内部结构出现裂隙,有利于提高其与抗菌素等物质之间的吸附能力。
The technology of Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) sample preparation for fibre was introduced.The changed internal structures of wood fibre,recycling paper fibre and microcrystalline cellulose were observed by SEM.The result showed that after refining of frash wood fibre,the internal structure was saved well and its flexibility and intensity were kept.The times were more and the internal structure were damnified more for recycling paper fibre.So its flexibility and intensity were reduced.While chemic hydrolysis and comminution damaged internal structure of microcrystalline cellulose.That was propitious to improve its adsorption capability for antibiotic.
