摘要:为了提高人工林杉木的物理力学性能和阻燃性能,采用新型环保的改性剂配方和改良的真空加压浸渍法对杉木进行浸渍处理,并对杉木素材、增强材、阻燃材和增强-阻燃材的各项性能进行评价。结果表明:增强材和增强-阻燃材的密度分别达到0.577、0.604 g/cm^3,吸水率从128.8%下降到80%左右,尺寸稳定性提高,改性材的抗胀率由高到低排序:增强材>增强-阻燃材>阻燃材,增强材和增强-阻燃材的抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量均比素材分别提高了35%和45%以上;3种改性材的氧指数比素材分别提高了110%、70%和130%,点燃时间延迟11~27 s,阻燃材和增强-阻燃材的热释放速率和总热释放量均降低明显,增强阻燃联合改性杉木的效果最优,杉木的各项性能全面改善。
In order to improve its physical-mechanical and flame retardant properties, a new environmental protection modifier formula and the modified vacuum pressure method were used to treat plantation Chinese fir wood. The performances of the untreated, enhanced, flame retardant and enhanced-flame retardant wood samples were all tested. The result showed that the densities of the enhanced and enhanced-flame retardant wood reached 0.577 and 0.604 g/cm^3 and the water absorption decreased from 128.8% to about 80%. Anti-swelling efficacy pressed from high to the low row preface was the enhanced, enhanced-flame retardant and flame retardant wood. Compared to the untreated wood, the bending strength and elastic modulus of the enhanced and enhanced-flame retardant wood were improved 35% and 45%, respectively. The oxygen index of three modified wood increased by 110%, 70% and 130% and the ignition time prolonged 11-27 s. The enhanced and enhanced-flame retardant treatments decreased the heat release rate and total heat release of wood and enhanced-flame retardant Chinese fir wood has the optimal comprehensive performance.
