摘要：本文详细地论述了《热带林业行动计划》（ＴＦＡＰ）的内涵及其重要的作用。印尼和越南的经验表明，ＴＦＡＰ是保护和合理利用热带森林国际活动的新的综合方法和措施，对拯救全球热带森林具有重要的作用。现在已有９２个国家参加了ＴＦＡＰ活动，在制定和实施热带林业行动计划方面取得了明显的效果，积累了许多宝贵经验，值得我国借鉴。
Abstract Since a Tropical Forest Action Plan was jointly prepared by FAO,UNDP andWB in 1985 , active support was given it by many countries in the world. UP to now , 92countries have taken part in enforcing this plan. Many developing countries in the tropi-cal zone sooner or later made and enforced a TFAP according to particular conditions ineach country. This paper describes the experience of indonesia and Viet Nam in makingand enforcing a TFAP. This event has drawn attention of China and many Chineseforesters are conducting reseaches in this field. The Project Group on Simao Forest Ac-tion Plan(SFAP)in Yunnan has been engaged in this kind of work , with admirable achi-evements made.
