摘要：用复合催化剂和先进缩聚工艺制得的快速固化酚醛树脂胶具有低毒和快速固化的优点。添加5％-10％固化剂可使酚醛树脂胶的热压温度、热压时间与脲醛树脂胶相近。该胶适用于制造室外级胶合板、刨花板、中纤板。
Fast-curing PF resins with low toxicity and fast curing were prepared by using complex catalyticagent and advanced technology. Study results showed that hot pressing temperature and time of the PFresins with 5 % ~10 % curing agent were similar to those of commonly used UF resins. The PF resins could be used for exterior grade plywood and particle board.
