摘要:为了探讨开花麻竹的营养动态变化规律,对麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus)开花前后营养分配格局及动态变化进行研究。结果表明:未开花麻竹枝、秆中氮元素含量最高(分别为74.40%、54.32%),叶中钾元素含量最高(54.45%);开花前期麻竹枝、叶中钾元素含量最高(分别为45.81%、47.85%),秆中氮元素含量最高(76.12%);开花盛期麻竹枝、秆中氮元素含量最高(分别为2.35%、62.88%),叶中钙元素含量最高(34.84%)。麻竹开花前后,枝中氮元素含量差异极显著,磷元素含量差异显著,秆中氮、钙元素含量差异显著,叶中钾元素含量差异极显著,钙元素含量差异显著。综合麻竹各器官营养元素,钾、钙、铁等元素含量差异显著。
The nutrient distribution pattern and dynamic change of Dendrocalamus latiflorus before and after flowering were studied in order to explore the nutrition dynamic change of Dendrocalamus latiflorus flowering.The results showed that branches and stems of Dendrocalamus latiflorus had the highest content of N,which accounted for 74.40% and 54.32%,respectively,while leaves had the highest content of K before flowering,which accounted for 54.45%. At early stage of flowering,branches and leaves had the highest content of K,which accounted for 45.81% and 47.85%,respectively,while there was the highest content of N in leaves,which accounted for 76.12%. At the full flowering time,branches and stems had the highest content of N,which accounted for 2.35% and 62.88%,respectively,and the content of Ca in the bamboo leaves was the highest,accounting for 34.84%. Before and after flowering,the difference of N element in the branches was extremely significant,and P was significantly different. The content of N and Ca in stems was significantly different. The difference of K in the leaves was extremely significant,and Ca element was significantly different. Generally speaking,the content of K,Ca,Fe was significantly different in each organ of Dendrocalamus latiflorus.
