摘要：剖析林产品国际贸易争端典型案例有利于总结经验教训应对案件诉讼。文章介绍了国际地位上升较快、进口比重一直过大和出口集中程度偏高等中国林产品贸易发展状况;概述了案件数量明显增多、涉案金额屡创新高、影响范围逐渐扩大和触及层次明显加深等林产品贸易争端发生态势;重点剖析了2起林产品贸易争端典型案例,基于纠纷事端、案件过程和最终裁决的简述,总结经验教训,分析案件影响,探讨引发思考;研究提出了合理规划林产品出口新格局、持续强化协会组织应对功能、着重提高企业核心竞争能力、高度重视科研决策支撑作用和继续深化相关领域国际合作等应对策略。
Dissect the typical cases of forest products international trade disputes would help to summarize the experience and lessons and deal with the litigation cases. Firstly, the development states of China＇ s forest products trade, such as the rapid raised international status, the always excessive import proportion and the higher export concentration degree, were introduced briefly, and the occurrence situations of forest products trade dispute, such as the cases number increased significantly, the involving money of new high record broken repeatedly, the impact scope ex- panded gradually and reach levels deepened significantly, were stated roughly; Secondly, the two typical cases from the forest products trade disputes were analyzed focused, based on the briefs of disputes incidents, cases process and the final award, the experience and lessons were summarized, the cases affects were analyzed, and the thought-provoking were explored; Finally, the major revelations, such as a new pattern of forest product exports planned rationally, the response functions of association organization strengthened continuously, the core competitiveness of enterprises improved emphatically, the scientific decision-support role of research valued highly and the international cooperation in related fields deepened continuously, were studied and proposed in this paper. The research result would be some guidance to deal with the litigation cases of international trade disputes and reduce the economic losses of foreign trade effectively.
