摘要:楸树(Catalpa bungei)是紫葳科(Bignoniaceae)落叶大乔木,是我国长江以北重要的乡土树种,材质优良,用途广泛[1]。2019-2021年,在北京、河北、山东,研究人员发现楸树叶片上出现炭疽病症状。病斑圆形至近圆形,褐色至灰褐色,中央凹陷破裂,病斑外围具有淡黄色晕圈,多个病斑扩大在一起,导致叶片卷曲、提前落叶(图1),严重影响了该植物的观赏性和绿化应用性。
Catalpa bungei is an important commercial timber and ornamental tree species widely cultivated in China.During 2019 and 2021,leaf anthracnose was observed in Beijing,Hebei and Shandong Provinces.Symptoms started as yellow-green and point-sized spots gradually enlarging to sunken brown spots,and finally the di-seased leaves became distorted and wilt.Isolates were obtained from leaf samples and identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides by morphology and multilocus phylogenies from combined datasets of ITS/gadph/chs/act/tub2.The assay of Koch’s postulates confirmed that C.gloeosporioides was the causal agent of this disease.To our knowledge,this is the first report of C.gloeosporioides causing leaf anthracnose of C.bungei in China.
