摘要：以2年生湿地松容器苗为砧木,利用髓心形成层撕皮嵌接法对不同湿地松无性系进行了嫁接,比较其不同无性系容器苗嫁接效果。结果表明:湿地松嫁接成活率和保存率分别达到79.24%和74.57%;接穗成活率、保存率、高和粗生长在无性系间均存在极显著差异,接穗保存率与成活率呈极显著正相关。
Using 2-year-old Pinus eUiottii container seedlings as stock, different clones of Pinus elliottii were grafted by adopting pith-cambium - tearing skin embedding grafting method. The results showed that, the survival rate and conservation rate of the scions reached 79. 24% and 74.57%, respectively. There were highly significant difference of the survival rate, conservation rate, scion height and thickness among different clones, and there was highly significant positive correlation between conservation rate and survival rate.
