摘要:研究了小叶桉P-RCAPMP制浆浸渍段NaOH用量对制浆性能的影响。研究结果显示:增加浸渍段的用碱量,可以较大幅度地降低磨浆电耗,显著提高纸浆的强度性能;在特定的H2O2用量下,当NaOH用量与H2O2用量的比值不超过1时,随着浸渍段碱用量的提高,制得纸浆的白度略有下降,而当NaOH用量与H2O2用量的比值超过1时,随着浸渍段碱用量的提高,制得纸浆的白度将大幅度下降。
The effect of NaOH consumption in impregnation stage of Eucalyptus exserta P-RC APMP was studied. The results show that the power consumption of refining can be reduced remarkably and the pulp strength properties can be improved dramatically when the alkali consumption in impregnation stage is increased. On the condition of a given H2O2 consumption, the pulp brightness decreases slightly with the increase of alkali consumption when the dosage of NaOH is less than H2O2; otherwise, the pulp brightness decreases obviously with the increase of alkali consumption when the dosage of NaOH is higher than H2O2.
