摘要:日本落叶松是日本的代表树种之一,由于其木材力学性能较高、耐腐性较好而在日本被广泛地用作建筑材料和工业用材原料,为了促进日本木材在中国的使用环境和加工条件下得到"适材适用",本文开展了进口日本落叶松木材主要物理力学性质的研究。研究结果表明,木材的气干密度、气干干缩率、全干干缩率及主要力学性质抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、顺纹抗压强度、横纹(全部)抗压强度、顺纹抗剪强度(径面)、抗拉强度、冲击韧性等指标与中国的人工林木材长白落叶松、兴安落叶松等木材指标相近,表明日本落叶松可以作为中国用材林的主要替代木材按照中国的使用环境和标准加以利用,该研究为日本木材在中国的合理利用提供了数据支撑和理论依据。
Larix kaempferi Carr is one of the representative tree species in Japan, and it was used as construction materials and industrial raw material because of its higher mechanical properties and better corrosion. In order to promote favored timber for suitable utilization about Japanese wood in the usage environment and process condition in China, this paper carried out the research on the mainly physical and mechanical properties of import lumber from Japan. the results indicated that the physical and mechanical properties, including air-dried density, air-dried shrinkage rate, oven-dried shrinkage rate, bending strength, bending modulus of elasticity, compression strength parallel to the grain of wood, compression strength perpendicular to grain of wood, shearing-strength of wood along the grain, tensile strength, impact toughness, and so on, were similar to the timber-utilization conifer species such as Larix olgensis and Larix gmelinii of China. The results also indicated that the wood of Japanese larch can be used as a replace wood of China timber forest at the usage environment and process condition in China. This study provided the data support and theory basis for the rational use of the Japanese wood in China.
