摘要:采用室温硅胶干燥法对西北干旱半干旱地区种源酸枣和沙棘种子进行超干和加速老化(50℃,30d)处理,模拟不同气候条件下种子活力和生理特性的变化。结果表明:常温条件下,含水量5.3%~2.4%酸枣种子,含水量5.3%~2.6%沙棘种子能维持较高的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和酶活性。老化处理后,当酸枣种子和沙棘种子含水量分别降到2.4%和3.4%时,种子的耐贮藏性增强。因此,酸枣种子和沙棘种子超干贮藏是可行的。
By the ultra-drying, accelerated aging and simulated different weather conditions, storage behavior of Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa and Hippophae rhamnoides seeds from the arid and semiarid regions of northwest China were studied. The results showed that seeds with moisture content of 5.3% to 2.4% and 5.3% to 2.6% at the room temperature could maintain the stabilization in germination percentage, vigor, relative con- ductivity and enzyme activities. During the aging, the seed storability increased with the Z. jujuba var. spinosa and H. rhamnoides seed moisture content decreased to 2.4% and 3.4%, respectively. Thus, it was feasible for the seeds to be stored under the ultra-dried condition.
