摘要：中国林科院是林业系统高层次人才培养的重要基地,其研究生培养水平能够反映出我国林业高层次人才培养质量。本文通过调查问卷的形式,运用定量和定性分析相结合的研究方法,对问卷进行归纳、整理、总结,认为其在研究生培养过程中还需加强软、硬件条件建设,营造有利于研究生创新能力培养的学术氛围、优化研究生课程体系设置、改革教学内容和教学方法、创新教学模式。对在研究生培养过程中存在的问题提出建议及解决办法,以便为林业高层次人才的培养提供有益的借鉴。
Chinese Academy of forestry Sciences is an important base to cultivate high-level talents in forestry system.The level of talent cultivation in Chinese Academy of forestry Scienses reflects the quality of our forestry high-level talent training.Through summarizing,sorting the questionnaires and combining the quantitative and qualitative research methods,the authors think there are things should be improved in the process of cultivation of graduate students like strengthening the construction of software and hardware conditions,creating academic atmosphere to train postgraduates innovation abilities,optimizing graduate course system settings,reforming teaching contents and teaching methods and innovating in teaching mode.The authors also put forward suggestions and solutions to solve problems in postgraduate training process,which provide the beneficial reference to cultivation of senior forestry talents.
