摘要:In order to increase the UV-cured wood coatings adhesion to the carbonized wood, FC4430, Triacetoxy(vinyl) silane (VAS) and triethoxyvinyl silane (KH550) were used to modify the carbonized wood and natural wood. The effect of wood surface modification on surface wettability and UV-cured wood coatings adhesion was investigated. Improved wood wettability, reduced surface energy and enhanced UV-cured wood coatings penetration in wood were observed after the KH550 treatment. KH550 treatment can improve the UV-cured wood coatings adhesion to wood and more significantly to carbonized wood. No improvement in UV-cured wood coatings adhesion to wood was observed following FC4430 and VAS treatment.
