摘要：利用国有林场职工监测数据,具体分析了改革前后职工岗位变化对工资收入、其他收入以及社会保障等方面发生的变化,发现国有林场改革后职工的工资收入增加,工资外收入小幅增长,社会保障覆盖面扩大,改革确实促进了职工生活条件的改善,但是仍存在工资拖欠以及无法妥善安置富裕职工等问题。
There are two overall goals of the Reform of State-Owned Forest Farms, to protect the forest resources and to improve the employees＇ livelihood, we analysis the change of state-owned forest farm employees＇ income and social security based on the panel data. We find that after the reform of state-owned forest farm, employees＇ income increase including the wage and the other income, the social security coverage expanded. According to the data analysis the reform did promote the workers＇ living conditions, but there are still some problems, such as there are still some difficulty to reissue wages in arrears and how to placed rich workers properly has not yet definitely set-tied.
