摘要：青皮果实成熟后易脱落,且常受台风、暴雨影响而采种困难。为了保障大规模果实采收和苗木培育,研究了其果实成熟度对种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:随着果实成熟度的增加,千果重、种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势以及幼苗成活率、苗高和地径均极显著增加(p<0.01)。近成熟与成熟果实在种子萌发特征、幼苗生长方面均差异不显著(p>0.05),因此青皮果皮颜色由青色向褐色过渡、被少量毛时即可采种。
The fruit of Vatica mangachapoi falled off more easily after maturity and when typhoon or storm occur, these cause fruit collection much more difficult. Here effect of fruit maturity on seed germination and seedling growth performance of this species was studied. The resuhs showed that with the increase of fruit maturity, fruit weight, seed germination rate, germination index and germination potential as well as seedling survival ,height and collar diameter increased significantly. There existed no remarkable difference in Seed germination and seedling growth between mature and nearmature fruits. It is concluded that fruits of V. mangachapoi can be harvested when their colour is transforming from cyanblue into brown and there are a small amount of villus on fruit surface.
