摘要：为系统揭示不同种源苗期生长性状变异规律以及与原产地生态因子间典型相关程度,对香椿天然分布区内的35个种源3个苗期生长性状进行了分析,结果表明,香椿不同种源间苗高、地径和抗冻性3个性状差异达到极显著水平,其广义遗传力分别为0.757、0.782和0.950,说明香椿苗期生长性状在种源水平上主要受较强的遗传力控制,综合选出7个速生、抗冻的优良种源;香椿苗期性状与原产地生态因子之间关系极为密切,苗期性状地理变异的基本模式是以纬度变异为主,来自偏南、偏西的种源比偏北和偏东的种源生长快,但抗冻性差。
The objective of this paper is to investigate the variation regularity of growth traits of Toona sinensis from thirty-five provenances and the canonical correlation between the growth traits and ecological factors in terms of three growth traits and six ecological factors.Significant difference in seedling height,root-collar diameter and frost resistance between different provenances was found,and their broad-sense heritabilities were 0.757,0.782 and 0.950.It was found that seedling height,root-collar diameter and frost resistance were under strong genetic control.Seven superior provenances from which the seedlings had high frost resistance and grew fast were selected for testing and popularization.The relationship between growth traits and ecological factors was very close.The basic variation pattern of geographic variation of seedling growth traits was latitude variation,and the seedlings from south and west provenances grew faster but had poorer frost resistance compared with those from north and east ones.
