摘要：采用文献研究法等梳理林业碳汇金融已有研究成果,辨析林业碳汇金融相关概念,概述林业碳汇金融产品,分析林业碳汇金融发展存在的问题,探讨林业碳汇金融发展瓶颈解决方案,建议完善创新林业碳汇金融产品并充分发挥产品组合功能,出台政策推动建设林业碳汇金融体系,推动林业碳汇金融市场化,鼓励金融机构发挥自身作用。
In this paper,literature research method and other methods were used to sort out the existing research results of forestry carbon sink finance,the relevant concepts of forestry carbon sink finance were identified,forestry carbon sink financial products were summarized,and the problems existing in the development of forestry carbon sink finance were analyzed.The bottleneck solutions for the development of forestry carbon sink finance were discussed,it was recommended to improve innovative forestry carbon sink financial products,policies were introduced to promote the construction of forestry carbon sink financial system,the financialization of forestry carbon sink was promoted,and financial institutions to play their role were encouraged.
