摘要:利用Li-6400xt便携式光合仪测定了不同栽植年限小×胡杨的光合特性,同时测定了叶面积、叶干重,分析了不同栽植年限小×胡杨比叶面积(SLA)和水分利用效率(WUE)的关系。结果表明:不同栽植年限的小×胡杨净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率趋势一致,均为单峰型。不同栽植年限小×胡杨叶干重、叶面积、比叶面积存在显著差异(P﹤0.05)。2年小×胡杨叶干重、叶面积最大。1年、2年、3年小×胡杨叶片比叶面积与水分利用效率呈显著负相关关系。随着小×胡杨栽植年限的增加,比叶面积逐渐增大,水分利用效率逐渐减小,比叶面积与水分利用效率呈显著负相关关系(P﹤0.05)。
The photosynthetic characteristics of strain Populus simonii×P.euphratica at different ages were determined by Li-6400 xt portable photosynthetic apparatus.At the same time,the leaf area and the dry weight of the leaves were measured.The relationship between different ages of strain Populus simonii×P.euphratica specific leaf area(SLA)and water use efficiency(WUE)was analyzed.The results shows the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of the strain at different ages were consistent,all of which were unimodal.There were significant differences in dry weight,leaf area and specific leaf area of the strain(P<0.05).Dry leaf weight and leaf area of 2-year-old tree were the largest.There was a significant negative correlation between leaf area and water use efficiency of leaves in 1 year,2 year and 3 year old trees.With the increase of the ages of the trees,the leaf area increased gradually,the water use efficiency decreased gradually,and the specific leaf area and water use efficiency showed a significant negative correlation(P<0.05).
