摘要:互联网、大数据以及人工智能等技术的迅速发展,为各领域发展与创新带来了新的机遇。目前,林业领域已形成了比较完备的科技大数据知识资源体系,为科学研究与发展提供了丰富的数据基础。但随着各类多源异构、价值密度低的林业科技数据的积累,使得传统的以数据服务为核心的服务体系已无法满足用户以及行业需求。文中综述国内外各领域科技大数据研究与应用现状,总结林业领域科技大数据和知识服务面临的问题,提出以"数据资源为支撑、领域发展为引导、用户需求为驱动"的知识服务模式,设计并实现了涵盖我国林业资讯、法规、成果、专利、标准、文献、报告、专家、机构、百科知识以及统计数据11类科技大数据的林业知识服务体系,可提供智能搜索、统计数据可视化、林业领域知识图谱以及个性化推荐等功能,具有重要研究价值。林业知识服务体系的构建,可丰富林业知识场景,提高林业科技大数据利用率,为我国林业领域科学研究、产业发展以及科技创新提供高质量的数据支持与知识服务。
The rapid development of the internet, big data and artificial intelligence has brought in new opportunities for development and innovation in various fields. At present, there is a complete scientific and technological knowledge system based on big data resource in the field of forestry, which provides a rich data resources for forestry scientific research and development. However, with the accumulation of various multi-source heterogeneous and low-value-density data on forestry science and technology, the traditional service system with data service as the core is unable to meet the needs of users and the industry. Therefore, the paper summarizes the current research and application of sci-tech big data in various fields at home and abroad,analyzes the problems arising in sci-tech big data and knowledge service in the forestry field, and puts forward the knowledge service mode of “ data resources as the support, domain development as the orientation, and user demand as the driver”. On this basis, it designs and operates a forestry knowledge service of important research value covering 11 types of sci-tech big data on China’s forestry information,regulations, achievements, patents, standards, papers, reports, experts, institutions, encyclopedias and statistical data, which achieves smart search, statistical data visualization, forestry knowledge graph and personalized recommendation. The forestry knowledge services system has enriched the application scenarios of forestry knowledge, and improved the utilization of forestry related sci-tech big data, and provided high-quality data support and knowledge services for scientific research, industrial development and sci-tech innovation in the forestry field of China.
