摘要:通过10种6-BA浓度的增殖培养及分别的壮苗、生根培养,考察了6-BA动态变化对桉树组培出苗的影响,结果表明:增殖培养在6-BA 0.5 ~ 2.0 mg·L-1浓度下保持2.5 ~ 3.3倍的增殖率,而在2.5 ~ 5.0 mg·L-1浓度范围时第1个培养周期具有较高的增殖率(2.7 ~ 3.0倍),连续2 ~ 3个周期培养,增殖率下降到1.22 ~ 1.67,接近甚至低于不加6-BA的培养基.2.5 ~ 5.0 mg·L-1的6-BA浓度水平对其后1代的壮苗和生根培养产生不利的影响,第2次壮苗和生根继代时影响消除.
Dynamic effect of 6-BA on Eucalyptus tissue culture seedling yield was carried out by proliferation culture with 10 different concentrations of 6-BA and special culture of strong seedling and rooting. The result showed that proliferation rate could keep 2.5 ~ 3.3 times per culture when the concentration of 6-BA was between 0.5 ~ 2.0 mgˇL-1. When the concentration of 6-BA was 2.5 ~ 5.0 mgˇL-1, the proliferation rate reached as high as 2.7 ~ 3.0 times in the first culture, but with only two or three proliferation subcultures it declined to that as without 6-BA. High 6-BA concentration in proliferation culture had negative effect on elongation and rooting, but it could be counteracted by more elongation subcu- ltures.
