摘要:油桐(Vernicia fordii(Hemsl.)Airy.Shaw)隶属大戟科(Euphor biaceae)油桐属(Vernicia Lour.),是我国重要的工业油料树种,利用油桐籽榨取的桐油是一种优质干性油,在涂料、油墨、合成树脂、药品等领域有着广泛的应用。桐油中80%以上是桐酸,涂料生产要求桐油中桐酸含量高,而制造优质生物柴油则要求单不饱和脂肪酸含量尽量高,因此,根据不同用途和目标调控油桐桐酸生物合成成为油桐品种改良的一个重要途径。
To identify the physiological function of Diacylglycerol Aeyltransferase 2 (DGAT2) coding gene in the process of tung oil biosynthesis, DGAT2 was cloned from cDNA of tung tree kernel and then linked with pMD18-T vector for sequencing. The 969bp fragment containing Open Reading Frame was acquired. Subsequently, RNAi binary expression vector pD35-DGAT2 was constructed, which expressed DGAT2 in two opposite ways. The studies provide the possibilities to further identify the function of DGA72 in tung oil biosynthesis by RNAi technology and hold promise for genetic engineering of Venicia fordii.
