摘要：本文总结和分析了中国林科院2008—2017年10年间承担的国家自然科学基金项目情况,从学科建设和人才培养两个方面论述了科学基金的重要影响。科学基金对促进研究院传统优势学科的可持续发展以及拓宽新兴学科领域发挥了不可或缺的作用,同时也推动相关学科形成稳定的科研队伍。在科学基金的资助下,一批又一批的青年科研人员学术水平不断提高,逐渐成长为各自研究领域里的科研骨干,为研究院营造了良好的科研氛围,研究院科学基金的申请量持续增加;同时,对于提升整个科研院所甚至林业行业的科研水平也有着很好的带动作用。文章最后对研究院今后如何更加有效地推动学科建设和人才培养提出了建议。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Forestry in the 10 years from 2008 to 2017. It discusses the important impact of NSFC from the aspects of discipline construction and talent cultivation. With the increasing number of projects funded by NSFC, the research level of the traditional superior disciplines of the institute has been further improved, and the emerging disciplines have gradually begun to make breakthroughs. NSFC has played an indispensable role in promoting the sustainable development of the Institute′s traditional dominant disciplines and broadening the emerging disciplines. NSFC has further promoted the formation of a stable research team in relevant disciplines. NSFC is one of the important sources for the research staff of the Institute, especially the young researchers to receive state-level project funding. NSFC is of great significance for cultivating the scientific research interest of young researchers, helping them to explore and explore new problems in related fields, and exploring the research process of scientific research projects. In recent years, with the increasing number of research institutes′ youth science fund projects, the youngscience and technology personnel of the institute have gradually grown, and they have also promoted the research atmosphere of the institute. The application volume of the research institutes′ science fund has continued to increase. With the support of NSFC, the academic level of a group of young scientific researchers has been continuously improved, and they have gradually grown into the backbone of scientific research. They have a good driving role in promoting the scientific research level of the entire research institute and even the forestry industry. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to promote the discipline construction and talent cultivation of the institute more effectively in the future. Although the Institute′s NSFC application has achieved certain results, there are still some shortcomings. The disciplines outside the traditional dominant disciplines are not competitive, although the institute is mainly engaged in forestry basic application research, such as in ecology, geosciences, zoology, and plants. Studies, horticulture and plant nutrition, microbiology, plant protection and genetics are also involved. However, in these disciplines, the funding of NSFC is not very satisfactory. Today′s scientific research is diversified and subject. The characteristics of cross-cutting, etc., require the Institute to develop in the future while developing its own mainstream disciplines. In addition, the research institute′s cutting-edge scientific research talents are lacking, mainly in the scientific funds obtained over the years, although the project types are rich, but such as There are very few high-level projects such asJieqing project and major projects. In the past 10 years, only two projects have been awarded for major projects and Jieqing projects. The Jieqing project has not been funded for 9 consecutive years. In view of this, On the one hand, it is necessary to increase the training of outstanding internal scientific research personnel, formulate incentive mechanisms, and on the other hand, it needs to be well constructed. Conditions for scientific research platform have to be improved so as to attract more research leading talents.
