摘要：建成"国际一流和谐宜居之都"的目标定位,无疑对北京的森林文化服务提出了新的更高要求。建设优质的森林文化,不但为宜居城市提供生态优美的自然环境,而且提供和谐优雅的人文环境。以生态文明价值观为指导,努力弥补森林资源和文化服务两方面的短板,是北京森林文化建设面临的重大课题。文章设计了"三区、九线"的空间布局框架;谋划了发挥美学功能、历史功能、游憩功能、教育功能、健康功能等五条森林文化发展途径;提出了加强顶层设计、政策支撑、产业扶持、公益活动、国际合作、完善制度等对策建议。
The positional target that builds Beijing into ＂an international first-class harmonious and livable city＂ is no doubt a new higher requirement to the forest culture and services of Beijing. To develop forest culture with high quality not only provides city with beautiful natural ecological environment, but also harmony and elegant cultural environment. Guided by the values of ecological civilization, trying to make up for the two shortages of forest resources and cultural services is such an important project for the forest culture construction in Beijing. This paper aims to design the space layout framework of ＂three areas, nine lines＂; present five development approaches for forest culture, which are aesthetic function, historical functions, recreational function, educational function, health function; put forward some suggestions to improve forest culture in Beijing, such as strengthening the top-level design, policy support, industry support, public welfare activities, international cooperation, perfecting system etc.
