摘要：森林认证在世界范围内发展迅速,《中华人民共和国森林法》(第十五次修订,2020年7月1日起实施)鼓励自愿申请森林认证,但目前国内森林认证仍存在市场需求较小和认知度不高等问题。在认证过程中,认证主体较易出现不符合项的地方主要集中在环境影响评估等方面。
Forest certification is developing rapidly around the world.The Forest Law of the People's Republic of China(the fifteenth revision,implemented on July 1,2020)encourages voluntary application for forest certification.However,the current domestic forest certification still has problems such as low market demand and low awareness.In the certification process,the main areas where certification bodies are more prone to non-conformities mainly focus on environmental impact assessment and other aspects.
