摘要：森林认证以市场为依托,促进森林可持续经营,已成为推进全球环境、经济和社会持续发展的重要手段之一。文中根据世界森林认证发展现状与趋势,解析森林认证的动力机制,着重介绍了当前各方推动森林认证的政策和措施,并提出了推动我国森林认证发展的政策建议。
As a market mechanism to promote sustainable forest management and provide market ad- vantage or improved access for products from sustainably managed sources, forest certification is playing an important role in advancing the global sustainable forestry development in environmental, economic and social aspects. Based on the status and trends of forest certification in the world, this thesis analyzed the incentives of forest certification for the forest managers and manufacturers, mainly introduced the policies and measures which have been taken by different stakeholders to promote forest certification, and provided relevant policy suggestions to develop forest certification in China.
