摘要:为了提高竹木复合结构胶合板生产效率,简化工艺,降低成本,本文采用新型竹木复合工艺压制竹杉复合结构胶合板,并且以热压温度和热压时间为影响因子,研究其对竹杉复合结构胶合板力学性能的影响,发现热压温度和时间对力学性能影响显著,其中对顺纹静曲强度的显著水平为0.0001,横纹静曲强度的显著水平为0.001,顺纹和横纹弹性模量的显著水平为均0.05。
In order to improve productivity,reduce process and cut down cost,a new type of wood composite technology was used in this paper,the hot-pressing temperature and pressing time effect on the structure of bamboo/fir composite plywood mechanical properties has been studied and found that hot-pressing temperature and time effect on the mechanical properties significantly,the significant level on modulus of rupture(MOR) parallel to the grain is 0.0001;the significant level on modulus of rupture(MOR) cross to the grain is 0.001;the significant levels on modulus of elasticity(MOE) parallel to the grain and modulus of elasticity(MOE) cross to the grain are 0.05.
