摘要:森林认证是推进林业实现可持续发展的重要手段。文中根据中国企业开展FSC与CFCC认证的实际情况,在归纳以往学者的研究基础上从直接市场利益、非直接市场利益、企业经营管理、外部组织支持等4方面凝练综合评估指标体系,运用问卷调研、半结构化访谈等方法对企业开展两大认证标准的动力与效益进行差异性分析,重点摸清不同利益方关于开展两大森林认证的行为态度、动力机制及实际效益,进而提出加快CFCC认证发展的相关对策,包括加强CFCC自身标准与技术建设、构建CFCC市场推广战略、提高公众绿色消费意识、深化CFCC不同板块试点推广、健全选人用人机制等。
Forest certification is an important means to promote the forestry sustainability.In view of the actual situation that Chinese enterprises achieve FSC and CFCC certification,the study develops a comprehensive evaluation index system from the four aspects of direct market interests,indirect market interests,enterprise operation and management,and external organization and support.Then the different motivations and benefits of Chinese enterprises passing the two certification schemes are analyzed based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey and the semi-structured interviews,focusing on the behaviors,attitudes,motivation mechanisms and actual benefits.Relevant countermeasures are proposed for accelerating the development of CFCC scheme,i.e.,improving CFCC standards and relevant technologies,developing CFCC marketing strategies,increasing public awareness of green consumption,promoting the piloting of CFCC,and enhancing the mechanism of talent selection.
