摘要:【目的】明晰日照市草地植物炭疽病的发生情况和病原种类。【方法】2021—2022年在日照市进行草地植物病害调查。通过采集和分离病害样本获得病原菌株,通过形态学和多基因分子系统学(ITS-gapdh-chs-1-act-tub2)鉴定病原并明确其分类地位,通过致病性测定试验明确病原菌。【结果】确定4种刺盘孢引起5种草地植物炭疽病,即隐秘刺盘孢(Colletotrichum aenigma)引起木防己(Cocculus orbiculatus)和葎草(Humulus scandens)炭疽病、喀斯特刺盘孢(C. karstii)引起山莴苣(Lactuca sibirica)炭疽病、烟草刺盘孢(C. tabacum)引起巴天酸模(Rumex patientia)炭疽病以及平头刺盘孢(C. truncatum)引起鸭跖草(Commelina communis)炭疽病。【结论】本研究可为草地植物炭疽病的诊断和防治提供理论依据。
【Objective】In order to clarify the occurrence and casual agents of anthracnose on grassland plants in Rizhao City.【Methods】During 2021 and 2022,surveys of grassland diseases were conducted in Rizhao City.Isolates were obtained from diseased samples,and identified based on morphology and phylogeny of multigene analyses(ITS-gapdh-chs-1-act-tub2).In addition,pathogenicity tests were conducted to confirmed the pathogenicity of the obtained isolates.【Result】Four species of Colletotrichum were confirmed as the pathogen of five grassland plants,viz.C.aenigma causing Cocculus orbiculatus and Humulus scandens anthracnose,C.karstii causing Lactuca sibirica anthracnose,C.tabacum causing Rumex patientia anthracnose,and C.truncatum causing Commelina communis anthracnose.【Conclusion】The present study can provide theoretical basis for the anthracnose diagnosis,prevention and control of grassland plants.
