摘要:为了研究红树林环境的舒适度,在珠海市淇澳岛红树林自然保护区的林缘和林内选择两块样地,并以岛上珠海白鳍豚(Lipotes vexillifer)保护处办公室旁边的海边、影视城山脚和岛上居民生活区为对照样地;在各样地,分别测量30个被试者的血压、心跳频率和呼吸频率的生理参数,对被试者进行环境舒适度问卷调查,对珠海市淇澳岛红树林环境舒适度进行初步研究。结果表明,1无论在红树林保护区边缘还是红树林内,被试者血压的高压与低压差都是最小的,与其在对照样地的血压的高压与低压差明显不同。在红树林边缘和红树林内,被试者心率平缓,说明被试者此时心脏活动比较平稳,内心比较平静,人体处于较舒适的状态。在5块样地中,被试者1 min的呼吸次数没有显著差异,说明在平静情况下,呼吸频率作为情绪变化的指标效果不明显;2通过Spearman非参数相关分析发现,被试者的心跳频率分别与环境参数中的光照强度和空气负离子浓度相关,其非标准化回归方程:X(心跳频率)=34.725+0.004GZ(光照强度)-0.009KF(空气负离子浓度),R2=0.917,p=0.041<0.05,说明人体生理参数的变化受环境因子的影响;3在5块样地中,淇澳岛红树林内环境舒适度总得分为14分,舒适度达93.3%,明显高于其他环境,说明红树林在提高环境舒适度方面有一定作用。
In order to study environmental comfort level in the mangrove forest, two sampling plots at the edge and inside of the forest in mangrove reserve of Qi'ao Island in Zhuhai were selected in this paper. Three sampling plots located at the seaside near the office of Zhuhai white-flag dolphin(Lipotes vexillifer) conservation area, the foot of the city studio hill and the living quarters of islanders were selected as control plots. The physiological parameters of blood pressure,heart rate and breathing of 30 subjects were measured at various sampling plots. Meanwhile, a preliminary study on environmental comfort level of Qi'ao Island in Zhuhai mangrove reserve using questionnaires that were completed by the subjects was conducted in the paper. The results showed that the blood pressure difference of the subjects was the smallest in terms of high pressure and low pressure on both the edge and inside of the mangrove forest, which had a significant difference comparing with the residents living quarters, the seaside and the foot of the mountain. On both the edge and inside of the mangrove forest, their heart rate were gentle, indicating that the heart activities of subjects were smooth and inner peace and the bodies were in a state of relatively comfortable at that moment. Under five different environment conditions,there was no significant difference in respiratory frequency, indicating that the effect of breathing as the index of mood change was not obvious in calm cases. Through a spearman nonparametric correlation analysis,there was a correlation between heart rate and the environmental parameters(illumination intensity and air negative ions concentration). The non-standardized regression equation was X(heart rate)=34.725 + 0.004GZ(illumination intensity)-0.009KF(air negative ions concentration), and adjusted R2was0.917,p = 0.041. This suggested that the change of human physiological parameters was influenced by environmental factors. Among the five tested plots,the total score of environmental comfort level in mangrove forest in Qi'ao Island was 14 points and comfort level was 93.3%, which were significantly higher than those of other environmental conditions, showing that mangrove forest had certain effect of improving environmental comfort.
