摘要：西南桦采穗和嫁接的最佳时期在西南桦落叶前后，芽饱满而未萌动时，一般为9月下旬左右；不同无性系嫁接成活率差异较大，变动范围为16．7％～100％；嫁接成活率随砧木直径增大呈先升后降的变化趋势，砧木直径以大于0．5cm为宜。
It is indicated that the optimal time for grafting is just before or after defoliation, generally in the last ten days of September, the survival rates of twenty one clones are quite different, varying from 16.7% to 100%, the survival rates increase with increasement of diameters of stocks until they are larger than 4.0 cm, then turned to decrease, the sizes of stock should be more than 0.5 cm.
