摘要：森林保健作为一种非传统医学手段的理疗方式正成为世界关注的热点。文中结合森林生态学与临床医学、行为心理学等融合发展的趋势,分析了森林富氧环境、空气洁净度、小气候、益健挥发物、绿视率等因子与人体生理健康的关系;阐述了森林活动对人体心理健康的多种积极影响;同时,对森林保健生理学和心理学的发展态势和形势需求进行了探讨。
Forest healthcare has become the hotspot across the world as a non-traditional medical therapy approach.The paper analyzed the relationships between human physiological health and forest environment（such as oxygen-rich condition,air cleanliness,microclimate,healthy volatiles and green looking ratio） based on the converging trend of forest ecology,clinic medical science and psychology in action.The positive impacts of forest activities on human psychological health were also described.In addition,the development of and demand for forest physiological and psychological healthcare was discussed.
