摘要:家族转录因子是后基因组时代的研究热点。植物中的家族转录因子参与调控了许多重要的生物学过程,包括形态建成、信号转导、环境应激反应。植物特有的(lateral organ boundaries domain,LBD)/ASL(ASYMMETRIC LEAVES2-LIKE)家族转录因子包含保守的类似锌指结构CX2CX6CX3C基序,在调控拟南芥、水稻、玉米等模式植物生长发育过程中起到至关重要的作用。然而,对于棉花LBD基因的功能目前我们还知之甚少。本研究从雷蒙德氏棉基因组中鉴定出66个LBD基因,不均匀的分布在13条染色体上。这些基因可分为ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ两大类,细分为Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅰc、Ⅰd、Ⅱa和Ⅱb等6个亚类。该家族基因结构简单,外显子数目不超过3个。从雷蒙德氏棉LBD家族成员中共找出15段保守基序,并对(lateral organ boundaries,LOB)结构域的保守性进行了分析。基因表达模式分析揭示出雷蒙德氏棉LBD基因家族的表达具有一定时空特异性。本研究为今后雷蒙德氏棉LBD基因功能的验证奠定了基础。
The research of transcription factor families are major focus of post genomic. In plants, the transcription factor families have been involved in the regulation of many important biological processes, including morphogenesis, signal transduction and environmental stress responses. The plant-specific(lateral organ boundaries domain,LBD)/ASL(ASYMMETRIC LEAVES2-LIKE) transcription factor family contained conservative zinc finger-likedomain CX2 CX6 CX3 C motif, which played a crucial role in regulating the growth and development of plants such as Arabidopsis, rice and maize. However, the function of LBD genes in cotton was known little. In this study, a total of 66 LBD genes were identified in Gossypium raimondii genome and were unevenly distributed on the 13 chromosomes. These genes could be classified into 2 classes(ClassⅠ and ClassⅡ) including 6 subclasses(Ⅰa, Ⅰb,Ⅰc, Ⅰd, Ⅱa and Ⅱb). The structures of this gene family were simple with exons number less than 3. Fifteen conserved motifs were discovered from the Gr LBD family members, and the conservative of(lateral organ boundaries, LOB) domain was analyzed. Analysis of gene expression patterns revealed that the expression of Gr LBD genes have a certain spatial and temporal specificity. This study laid a foundation for the functional verification of LBD genes in Gossypium raimondii.
