摘要:利用热重分析仪对木纤维-聚丙烯(PP)复合材料及其两种主要原料在静态空气中的热解特性进行了研究。试验结果表明:木纤维在热解过程出现两次失重峰,在第一燃烧阶段,活化能比较稳定,平均72.83kJ/mol;燃烧第二阶段热解复杂。聚丙烯属于单峰失重,初始热解活化能为127.77kJ/ mol,随着温度上升活化能降低,甚至低于木材活化能,但综合比较热稳定性聚丙烯比木纤维高。木纤维-聚丙烯复合材料表现出两种原料共同促进了热解、燃烧的现象。
In this article, wood fiber-polypropylene composites and the raw material were examined by TG analysis. The result showed that wood fiber had two rate loss peaks in degradation, it was less stable in thermal conditions than polypropylene (PP), but the activation energy of wood fiber changed little and the average value was 72.83kJ/mol. PP only had single rate loss peak, and the activation energy of PP was 127.77kJ/mol at early stage but fell down with the temperature raised, even lower than that of wood fiber. Wood fiber-PP composites showed accelerated pyrolysis and burning behavior for cooperation of wood fiber and PP.
