摘要：中国与东盟国家在人造板出口贸易上存在竞争关系。文中通过显示性比较优势指数(RCA)对中国和东盟国家的人造板出口比较优势进行对比分析,研究发现虽然中国仍是世界第1大人造板出口国,但人造板出口的比较优势正在逐年下降,马来西亚、印度尼西亚的人造板出口优势明显,泰国、菲律宾、越南和柬埔寨人造板比较优势不断上升,中国人造板贸易压力严峻。因此,建议中国结合自身优势,制定人造板产业发展战略或相关政策,进一步推动产品质量升级、加快产业结构转型、加强市场多元化建设,以促进中国人造板贸易高质量发展,提高人造板产业竞争力。
There is a competitive relationship between China and ASEAN countries in the wood-based panel export.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the comparative advantage in wood-based panel export between China and ASEAN countries through the Explicit comparative advantage index(RCA).The research finds that although China is still the world s largest wood-based panel exporter,its comparative advantage has been declining year by year.Malaysia and Indonesia are gaining obvious advantages in wood-based panel export,and Thailand,the Philippines,Myanmar,Vietnam and Cambodia have their comparative advantages rising,which put China under huge pressure.It is accordingly suggested that China should update the product quality,accelerate the transformation of industrial structure,and strengthen the market diversification in consideration of its own advantages,so as to promote the high-quality development of China s wood-based panel trade and improve the competitiveness of the wood-based panel industry.
