摘要:白刺花种子硬实率高达88%,需进行种子处理。本试验采用浓硫酸10、20、30、40、50、60 min浸泡处理100、80、65℃热水浸种处理,不同浓度GA3、IAA处理和NAA处理以及机械破皮4种方法处理硬实种子。结果表明:白刺花硬实种子浓硫酸处理50 min效果最好,在25℃温度下发芽率达45%;以100℃热水处理效果最好,在25℃温度下发芽率为23.3%;200 mg/L的GA3浸泡种子发芽率达到45%;机械破皮时种子发芽率达50%。在上述4种破除硬实方法中,以机械破皮的处理效果为最好,热水处理效果最差。
The hard seed rate of Sophora viciifolia reaches to 88% commonly,so it needs to be treated for use.In this experiment,the seeds were soaked by concentrated sulfuric acid respectively for 10,20,30,40,50min and 60min,soaked in hot water under temperatures of 100,80℃and 65℃,soaked in IAA,GA3 and NAA of different concentrations respectively and treated by mechanical nonintact.The results showed that at 25℃,the best results were obtained when the seeds were soaked in concentrated sulfuric acid for 50min,in hot water under 100℃,in 200mg/L GA3 and treated by mechanical nonintact,in which the germination percentage was 45%,23.3%,45% and 50% respectively.In all,the effect of mechanical nonintact treatment was the best and the worst was hot water treatment.
