摘要:[目的]优选纯化板栗苞单宁的工艺条件。[方法]采用膜分离技术,研究了聚砜膜的截留相对分子质量、跨膜压差、膜面流速以及溶液温度对膜性能和产品质量的影响,并通过正交试验确定了纯化板栗苞单宁的最优方案。[结果]提纯板栗苞单宁的最佳工艺为:采用聚砜中空纤维截留相对分子质量为10 000的膜,跨膜压差为0.2 MPa,膜面流速为2.0 m/s,操作温度为40℃。此工艺条件,其截留液单宁含量可达64%左右,浊度在0.8NTU以下。[结论]该方法具有操作简单、高效节能、绿色环保等优点,为进一步开发板栗苞单宁生产工艺提供技术参考。
[Objective] To optimize the condition of purified chestnut shell tannin.[Method] By dint of polysulfone membrane,the effect of the molecular weight cutoff,trans-membrane pressure,flow velocity,and temperature on membrane property and product quality were researched with the orthogonal experimental method for the optimal design of experimental factor.[Result] The experimental results indicated that under the conditions of 10 000 molecular weight cutoff,0.2 MPa of tans-membrane pressure,2.0 m/s of flow velocity,and 40 ℃of temperature,the chestnut shell tannin with turbidity≤0.8NTU,and purity≥64% was obtained.[Conclusion] The method was easy to operate,efficient,energy-saving and environmental protective so as to provide technological reference for the development of production craft of tannin in Chestnut.
