摘要：中国步入经济由高速增长向高质量发展的新阶段,林业产业发展也必然需要向高质量发展转型。本文在综述以往研究的基础上,构建了高质量发展推进策略设计的分析框架,对林业产业传统发展模式的局限性进行反思,进而提出林业产业高质量发展的推进策略:(1)坚持质量导向,全面推动提质增效;(2)加快创新驱动发展,促进新旧动能转换;(3)加强品牌建设,助力质量变革;(4)加快林业三产融合,延伸产业链;(5)践行"两山理论",促进林业产业和生态保护协调发展。
When China’s macro economy enters a new stage of high-quality development from high-speed economic growth,forestry industry also necessarily needs to transform into the high-quality development.Based on a review of previous studies,this paper builds an analytical framework about the promotion strategies of high-quality development,reflects on the limitations of the traditional development model of forestry industry,and then puts forward the promotion strategies for the high-quality development.The promotion strategies include:(1)insisting on quality orientation and improving quality comprehensively;(2)accelerating the development of innovation-driven and replacing old growth drivers with new ones;(3)strengthening brand construction and driving quality change;(4)speeding up the integration of forestry three industries and extending the industrial chain;(5)practicing the"Two Mountains"theory and promoting the coordinated development of forestry industry and ecological protection.
