摘要:从4株白僵菌和1株绿僵菌中提取了10种全蛋白提取液,以林业害虫松墨天牛幼虫为试虫,筛选出菌株Bb36的全蛋白提取液Bb36W-Z和Bb36N-Z,再从中分离出12种单一蛋白提取液,生测发现虫生真菌蛋白Bb36W-D对松墨天牛幼虫具有较强的注射毒性,经其处理后的试虫酯酶谱发生明显变化,致使松墨天牛幼虫内部组织发生病变.
Ten total protein extractions were purified from four strains of Beauveria bassiana and one Metarhizium anisopliae. Total protein extraction Bb36W-Z and Bb36N-Z from strain Bb36 were screened by bioassay which objection was Monochamus alternatus larvae, a serious forest pest. Twelve proteins were injected M. a/ternatus larvae after isolated from Bb36W-Z and Bb36N-Z. It was discovered that protein Bb36W-D was higher pathogenicity than others, and caused M. alternatus larvae pathological changes because isozyme patternsof the treatment was different from the control
